A MESSAGE FROM THE WORSHIPFUL MASTER

I would like to thank everyone who gave so generously to this years Foundation fundraiser. Everyone should be proud of the good work we will be able to continue doing, due to all our efforts.

We should all keep in mind that our Foundation is a perpetual charity. A small portion of all donations lives on and is re-invested year after year. In very real way your charity will extend beyond the grave and your beneficence will touch those who need it most for many years to come.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN

A huge thank you goes out to all listed who so generously contributed to our annual charity drive. And, included in the thank you is our Worshipful Master, Michael F. Estrada who came up with the idea of the letter everyone received instead of an ad blank. Through all of those efforts the contributions this year totaled over $7,600.00. And since there was no journal to print, we saved over $1,000.00 in printing costs; and that savings translates into more money for our charitable endeavors.

I would like to take this opportunity to say something to the brothers who may not be aware that our Foundation contributes to the Grand Masters Brotherhood Fund. The more our Foundation takes in, the more we can give to the Brotherhood Fund. Also, with our contribution to the Brotherhood Fund, a list of all the Patrons & Donors is included so that each who gave as a patron or donor will be listed as an individual contributor to the Brotherhood Fund.

There is a saying the charity begins at home, and Harry S. Truman Lodge is your Masonic Home, and thus Harry S. Truman Foundation is your charitable arm.
